This level 2 class, although fluid and well-rounded, focuses very specifically on the hamstrings. The sequence takes you through sun salute variations to warm up the body with deep forward bends added in between. The standing sequences includes warrior, reverse warrior, triangle to standing folded forward bends with different hand positions. Twists are also insluded to stretch and strengthen the muscles that support the spine leading into standing splits. The class concludes with bridge/wheel, a deep floor sequence including supine twists, and longer held straight leg forward folding bends, shoulder stand and savasana.
