This is a slow, deep. grounded and focused flow that opens mindfully and rhythmically easing into a breakdown of internally rotated poses including a low lunges, crescent and warrior 1. With the use of instructional language, Seane brings awareness to subtle areas of the body encouraging strength and flexibility through proper alignment. The class builds into sun salutes increasing circulation and then leads into a fluid standing sequence consisting of a series of twists, aiding in increased mobility of the spine and stimulation of the digestive tract and vital organs. All the deep psoas, spine and shoulder work eases the class into camel pose and then finishes with a series of seated twists and forward folds closing with a floor sequence of twists to balance the spine and central nervous system.
