This solid, yet compact sequence covers a lot in a short amount of time. Let’s put it this way, if your shoulders are tight they’re probably not going to be when this class is done!! After we do some sun salutes as a warm up, we will explore a challenging standing sequence incorporating different shoulder openers, including three variations of dolphin, leading into a forearm balance. Also included is camel, bridge to wheel and then a cool down sequence to balance the nervous system and stretch the hips and hamstrings.
