This challenging and powerful class focuses on opening the hips through a strong standing sequence consisting of a chair/bear, warrior 2, extended side angle, triangle, half moon routine, then building upon itself to include reverse warrior, goddess, sugar cane and head to knee pose to extended side angle wrap.
