This 1 hour strong beginner class has a subtle, but strong build-up focusing
on arm strength, core awareness, alignment and hip openers. Seane will warm
you up with some unconventional poses that work the hip flexors and connect
deep into the core, also warming up the spine and opening the lower back.
The sequence includes abdominal work, standing poses (including
virabradasana I and II, Triangle pose, extended side angle), backbends (bow
pose), deep forward bends and shoulder stand. This class is great for the
beginner- intermediate student looking to create some heat and have a fun
challenge.
