In this strong level 2 class, there is a soft warm up in the beginning, that moves into strength-building core work. This class moves at a good pace and the focus is on opening the shoulders. There are push ups, Dolphin, and shoulder openers incorporated into so many of the standing poses like Warrior 1 and Warrior 3. The hips are opened on different planes, coupled with more shoulder openers, then the class moves into back-bending, twists, forward folds and inversions. Expect the upper body to be worked just as much as the lower body in this one!
